"We bought the HiTi Photo Printer to provide us with photographic proof of the claims that our clients were making. In the insurance industry we are required to document the extent of the damage to cars, building or what ever it is we insure. "We converted from Polaroid to digital prints and using the HiTi 640 DL we have cut the cost per print from $1.00 to around 35 cents. The 640DL 4X6 prints are photo lab quality as well as larger and water proof.
It requires around 30 seconds to change the paper/ribbon and it is back in business. We have never had a ribbon or paper jam and the printer has served us without failure for around 1500 prints to this point."
