Entries must be original
work(s) that have not been previously published/awarded/recognized
nor publicly displayed or exhibited before
31st July 2003. |

Entries which are digitally enhanced,
manipulated or a composite of multiple images
must be based on and composed exclusively
of the entrant’s original photos or
photo or other works for which the entrant
is the copyright holder. |

Images which are judged
to be primarily computer illustrations rather
than photo-based work will be disqualified. |
|
No request for editing or modifying of
photographs will be accepted after submitted. |
|
Each entrant is allowed
to submit one image for the contest. |
|
All images must be original photographs,
all rights in which are the property of
the contestant. |
|
No entry will be returned. |
|
Entrants will automatically be registered as a HiTi lifetime member
and receive news and product updates from
www.hitouchimaging.com periodically.

Entrants are giving permission for their photographs to be displayed on
www.hitouchimaging.com
for the purpose of online display and public voting.
The winning photographs may be displayed on HiTi contest website for a
period of 6 months to facilitate public review of the winners.

Copyright of the image remains the property of the contestant.
|
|
Contestant acknowledges
that they have sufficient written permission
of any recognizable models or other persons
appearing in the photograph to be grant
to Hi Touch Imaging the right to publish
their photographic submission online, and
hereby grant to Hi Touch Imaging such right. |

Contestants must be 18 years or older,
or of such greater age as is required by
law. |
|
Hi Touch Imaging is
not responsible for lost or misdirected
entries. |
|
Entries must be received before 31st May
2003 in order to be eligible for the contest.
No late submission will be accepted. |

Prizes will be awarded
only to those qualified individuals identified
on the entry form. |
|
Hi Touch Imaging employees and their immediate
families are not eligible. |
|
This offer is void where
prohibited by law. |
|
The winners will be notified by email, at the email address provided on the entry registration.
While every reasonable effort will be made to contact each winner,
in the event that email address supplied by the contestant is incorrect,
Hi Touch Imaging is not responsible and the prize will go unclaimed.
Hence the unclaimed prize will be awarded to the next runner-up contestant.

By entering the contest,
entrant agree to be bound by these rules
and to accept as final all decisions of
the judges nominated by Hi Touch Imaging. |

Neither Hi Touch Imaging or one of the
judges will be liable: 1) for any omission,
loss, damage, delay, illegibility, alteration
of, or unauthorized access to entries submitted
2) for any erroneous, garbled, interrupted
or failed transmissions 3) for any loss
or injury to person or property (including
the equipment, systems or data of entrants
or others) from participating in the contest,
visiting any of its related web sites or
receiving and using the prize, whether due
to technical problems or human error. Judges
reserve the right to disqualify anyone who,
in their opinion, has tampered with or disrupted
the entry process or operation of the contest
or violated these rules. |

Any attempt to damage
any web site or disrupt this contest may
violate both criminal and civil laws and
will be prosecuted to the fullest extend
of such laws. If the contest cannot be run
as planned for any reason, including computer
viruses, tampering, technical or other problems
which damage its operation or integrity.
Judges reserve the right to cancel, curtail,
modify or suspend it. |

Hi Touch Imaging will, within its sole
discretion, select the judges for the contest.
The decision of the judges will be final
and binding. |

Judges can disqualify
any entry for reasons of taste, within their
sole discretion. Pornographic material will
be considered unacceptable. |

The contest award prizes, rules and conditions
are subject to change without prior notice
to all contestants. Please check the website

the right to withdraw, suspend or delay
