| This offer is only valid for qualifying purchases of HiTi K65 7" Digital Photo Frame delivered within the U.S.A by the first end user only. Dealers, distributors and other resellers are not eligible for this offer. The duration of the rebate program will only be valid from November 1st 2007 to December 31st 2007. Product must be purchased at the same time and on the same receipt or invoice. All claim submissions must include 1) This complete rebate form; 2) A copy of valid dated proof of purchase; 3) The original UPC barcode from required box; and 4) Serial numbers of product written directly onto the rebate form. Photo copied UPC barcode will not be accepted. Claims must be
postmarked no later than January 31st of 2008 and received no later than February 15th 2008. Product purchased for resale, used or demonstration products are not eligible. This offer can not be combined with any other promotional offers. Hi-Touch Imaging Technologies and its authorized parties have the right to substantiate sales receipts and serial numbers and to reject claims that do not comply with these offer/rebate terms. Hand written invoices or sales history receipts will not be accepted as proof of purchase. This offer is not transferable. Hi-Touch Imaging Technologies reserves the right to request additional identification and/or documentation. Please submit only one rebate per one Hi-Touch Imaging Technologies rebate package purchased. Hi-Touch Imaging Technologies is not responsible for lost, invalid, incomplete, stolen or misdirected submissions. Rebates are payable in U.S dollars only. Rebate checks are void if not cashed within 90 days of issue and cannot be reissued. Rebate checks will not be delivered to P.O Boxes. No substitutions or rain checks. Claim will not be accepted if product is acquired from a retailer where the rebate amount was deducted at the time of purchase. Offer is only valid with the use of this rebate form. Other retailers can not use their own rebate forms to claim this offer. You should receive your rebate within 8 weeks from receipt of a properly completed claim.
